Sauvignon Blanc

On the nose, expect pungent, in-your-face aromas ranging from freshly cut grass, peas and asparagus, tropical and ripe passion fruit, grapefruit, or even mango.

Chardonnay

Chardonnay varies in flavour based on climate in which it grows. Depending on how ripe the grapes get, the flavour ranges from citrus and green apple to overripe peach and canned pineapple.

Chenin Blanc

In its most classic form in the Loire Valley, the wine is full of floral and Honeyed aromas and quince and apple-like flavours with good zippy acidity.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon is best known for having a rich palate of black fruit like blackcurrant, black cherry and plum, with varietal Characters of liquorice, mint, cedar and even eucalyptus.

Merlot

Dark fruit flavours of black cherry, blackberry, plum and raspberry layered with herbal notes and undertones of vanilla and mocha.

Shiraz

A beautiful deep-red hue with an intense flavour and bold palate of black pepper, dark fruit, rich red fruit and earthy flavours. On the nose, it has a strong blackberry and oak aroma with faint hints of ripe fruit.
